I am a mother, like you. I gave birth to my daughter, who was premature, in 2006. Premature babies have a weaker sucking ability than full-term babies.I spent hours in the hospital with my baby. All the nursing pillows on the market were tested, but didn’t help my cramps and sore arms due to the static andtense breastfeeding position. The idea of Cozyfix was born.

My years of experience as a product developer helped me put my idea to life.I started a collaboration with health professionals. Cozyfix was tested at one of Norway’s most renowned hospitals for a period of two years. Physiotherapists and breastfeeding experts have provided their input during the process.

COMMON BREASTFEEDING POSITIONS

Together with health professionalsCozyfixwant to advise mums of the importance of correctbreastfeeding position (NOT sit with crossed legs or other aqward positions). Mums breastfeedbetween 8-12 times in a 24 hour period and poor breastfeeding positions can cause late injuries.

GUIDELINES

  1. Put the belt around your waist and fastenit with the buckle. Make sure the belt sitsfirmly around your waist with the bucklelocked before nursing.
  2. Always sit down when you place the babyon the nursing pillow. Never stand up.
  3. When you have breastfed, always lift upthe baby before you unlock the buckle.
  4. Always hold the baby with both arms whilstusing the Cozyfix nursing pillow.
  5. Never walk around whilst the baby lies orsits on the nursing pillow.
  6. Never drink or eat while you arebreastfeeding with the nursing pillow.
  7. Show normal caution whilst breastfedingwith theCozyfixnursing pillow

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Remove the foam using the zip underneath the nursing pillow. Then remove the cotton wool using the zip under the fabric. Wash the cover on 40 or 60 degrees. Air dry. Important: Only use detergent for color. Do not use harsh detergent or bleach, as this will damage the velvet fabric.
