Returns

Because of our commitment to your satisfaction and our confidence in our designs, we offer a 30-day trial and return period on all productsThat’s right – we're so sure you’ll love our products that you can you try them for 30 days. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return them for a full refund.
Returns on both used and unused products apply only on orders placed directly with bbhugme. Products purchased from other retailers are subject to those stores’ return policies and cannot be claimed through this process. Please reach out to the store where you made the purchase if you have any questions.  
 
How to return a product 
 
1. Send us an email at hello@bbhugme.com with your order number and specify what product you wish to return. Please also include the following information:
a) Product condition. If the product is unused, please confirm that it is unused/unwashed and if it has the original labels and packaging. If you’ve tried out the product and are unhappy with it, please let us know that it’s been used.  
b) Reason for return:
  • Did not meet my expectations 
  • I changed my mind 
  • Size did not fit: too small 
  • Size did not fit: too large 
  • Other (please explain) 
We will then reply to you with instructions on how to return the product. For international and EU purchases, we do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items.
2. Please return the product to us following the instructions you receive.
3. Returns can take up to 2-4 weeks for shipping, processing, and for customers to receive a refund on their account statement.
 
How to exchange a product: 
To exchange a product, please place a new order on the web shop for the item you prefer. Return the item you do not want to keep according to the instructions above. 
Please note that we do not accept returns of individual items within the pillow kit. To exchange the product, you will need to return the whole pillow kit including the inner pillow, cover, pebbles, and the travel bag.
CLAIMS 
We strive to ensure that every bbhugme product is flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately, and no later than 14 days after you’ve received it.

To make a claim on products purchased through our webshop or on Amazon, please email us at  hello@bbhugme.com and provide your order number and a detailed description with a photo. After approving the claim, we will send you a replacement item.

If you purchased the bbhugme product through one of our retailers, please contact them. Products purchased through our retailers are subject to their warranty and return policies.

Our products are designed for daily use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and more. With proper care following the instructions on washing labels and packaging, bbhugme pillows will have a long lifetime for you and your family. However, normal damage from wear and tear will not be covered by claims.

Our warranty is only valid if our products are used properly: Pregnancy Pillows and Nursing Pillows should be used with a cover. The inner pillows should only be hand washed. Any damage caused by washing the inner pillow in a washing machine will not qualify as a claim.
