COZYfix 14-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to love your COZYfix nursing pillow! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, and replacements under the conditions below.
Standard Returns
You can return your pillow within 14 days of receiving it. For standard returns, the pillow must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging, and you'll need your proof of purchase.
How to return:
Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Repack the pillow in its original packaging.
Follow the return instructions we provide. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
We understand accidents happen, and we're happy to help if your pillow is damaged.
Eligibility for assessment:
Manufacturing defect: Full refund or replacement guaranteed.
Damage due to washing or care: We will inspect the pillow to determine if the damage was caused by washing against the care instructions.
Process:
Send the pillow back to us at your cost.
We will inspect it to assess the cause of the damage.
Based on our inspection:
Manufacturing fault: Full refund or replacement.
Improper washing/damage: Refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion, depending on the condition of the pillow.
Non-returnable Items
Items that are used or washed without following care instructions may not be eligible for a refund.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
